History

Adven Orthotic & Prosthetic Solutions (Adven OPS) was founded in 2014 by Jessica Maldonado. Jessica’s consulting, billing and implementation background started in 2006 where she was the former Project Manager for a large billing firm. In 2013 her personal life brought her to New York where she began working with the largest privately owned O&P company on the East Coast. From here she was able to expand her knowledge of the Orthotic world and diversify her skill set which led her to found Adven Orthotic & Prosthetic Solutions.

Jessica Maldonado

From working with large billing firms to being in the field, Jessica enjoys the challenges that arise from the day to day tasks that comes with the territory of being in medical world and dealing with insurance companies. From problem solving to streamlining, all processes are followed through, beginning to end, with client satisfaction. In her down time Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and working in the garden.

Tomas Espinoza

Tomas started his I.T. career when he was 20, providing support to friends and small companies. He fell in love with computers and it became his passion.

“Computers and Systems are more than just a job to me, they give me the opportunity to think about innovative solutions to improve productivity and make people happy”.

The last 14 years in this field he has obtained an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology (Programming Path) then he decided to join the US Army, which gave him the opportunity to apply this knowledge and continued education to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. After 3 years of serving his country it was time to go back to the civilian world where he was hired as a System Administrator for a large software company based in New York. After working for this company for almost 2 years Tomas was able to redesign, upgrade and maintain their network infrastructure to improve their productivity and keep them competitive. In 2014 an opportunity arose which allowed Tomas to join Microsoft, where he is still employed. He works for Adven part-time manintaing a strict an secure enviroment.
